How I Accidentally Became a Green Compass Advocate (And Why I’m So Glad I Did)

One day, I was at a vendor event doing numerology readings while my daughters explored the other booths. My oldest—who is not easily impressed by anything—got her biofield tuned by a woman named Sharon using sound healing. She came back raving about it. I was like, “Okay… if she’s excited, I’m intrigued.”

At the end of the night, while packing up, my daughter insisted we go get Sharon’s card. We walked over, exchanged info, and Sharon offered us the last bit of her CBG collagen since she was about to toss it anyway. She also started talking about other CBD products and this clean, conscious company she advocates for—Green Compass. I listened, but honestly, I wasn’t that interested.
Over the next few days, Sharon would check in occasionally, asking what I use for stress and sharing how CBD helped her show up better for her kids. I could relate. So I started wondering—if it helped her, maybe it could help me… or even my friends. After dodging her for a bit (sorry, Sharon 😅), I finally caved and agreed to try some of the products. She suggested I sign up as an advocate and make a little extra cash on the side, but I was like, “Nah—I’m just testing the products. I don’t see myself selling anything.”
Sharon set me up with a CBD routine, including something she called SOS jellies. She explained how to take them, what to adjust if things didn’t feel right, and basically just made the whole thing super simple.
About three days into my new routine, I had this moment. I was sitting at the dining table with my oldest. She had a handful of change and was mindlessly dropping it onto the table—over and over and over again. Normally, that kind of thing would have sent me over the edge. But instead, I just sat there, looked at her, and thought:
“Holy shit… I think it’s working.”
I didn’t snap. I didn’t feel overstimulated. I felt like I had this little space—a pause between the trigger and my reaction. It gave me just enough room to gently ask her to stop. That might sound small, but for me? That was huge.
After that, I couldn’t stop thinking about all the other moms I know who struggle with overstimulation and stress. I thought, “Wow, I could really help Sharon make some sales.” And then I thought… “Wait a minute—I could be making that money myself!”
So I reached out. Sharon explained how being an advocate worked. What I loved was that there was zero pressure to meet sales goals. There are bonuses and incentives if you want to go for them, but no one’s breathing down your neck. That “do what feels right” energy really clicked for me.
Funny enough, I joined just as they launched a program called Clean Start—if you hit a certain amount of sales in your first three months, you get a bunch of bonuses. I hit all of them without even trying. I even got recognized in the Green Compass newsletter as a Rising Star. I was shocked! I wasn’t trying to hustle—I was just sharing what helped me.

That’s when I realized… maybe this wasn’t just some side thing. Maybe this was the missing piece of my business.
I decided to weave Green Compass into my numerology and Reiki practice—and honestly, it brought my whole mind-body-soul model full circle. Cosmic Ascended Numerology supports the mind, Psychic Reiki supports the soul, and Green Compass supports the body. That’s the harmony I’ve always been trying to create.
Another huge bonus? Green Compass provides so much support—marketing tools, mindset trainings, business coaching, you name it. Since I was just starting to build my spiritual business, it felt like free gold. They gave me everything I needed to get out there and start building something meaningful without spending tons on outside business courses.
So here I am, sharing my story. If you’re curious about CBD, if you’re looking for a cleaner, more natural way to bring your body into balance, or if you’re a parent just trying to stay grounded in the chaos—try it. And if you love it, there’s no harm in sharing it and earning a little on the side. No pressure, just possibility.
I’ve met so many amazing women in this community, and I’ve grown in ways I never expected—personally, spiritually, and professionally. It’s fun. It’s natural. It works.
And I’m truly, truly grateful. 💚
